Reviews and Ratings
Staying at this hotel was a mixed experience. The high floor lake view room had only a small high up window, making it dark and a bit claustrophobic, with limited space in the bathroom. Despite this, the hotel offers warm and welcoming service, especially towards children. The location is convenient, right beside the lake, but some nights there was loud entertainment nearby. The dining options, although good, had a small selection. Overall, it was a decent stay with a few drawbacks to consider.
My stay at Hotel Excelsior Bellagio was truly fantastic. The hotel offers beautiful views of the water and a magnificent wide corridor. While the location in Bellagio is perfect, the only drawback was the loud music from the restaurant street nearby at night.
My stay at the hotel was fantastic! The rooms were spacious and very clean, with a good-sized modern bathroom and a large shower. The view of the lake was truly lovely. While the air conditioning was a bit noisy, and there was some noise from the neighboring room's ventilation system, overall, the comfort level was excellent, though lacking a real sitting space.
I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The views of the lake and surroundings from the room were stunning and the cleanliness was top-notch. However, the rooms felt a bit cramped and outdated and navigating through the narrow corridor was a bit challenging.
I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The rooms had a gorgeous view of the lake and were excellently serviced, always spotlessly clean with regular changes of towels and bed linen. However, the room layout was not very comfortable arranged. The service was exceptional, with friendly and efficient staff who were helpful throughout our stay. The location was perfect, providing a peaceful setting with a beautiful view of the water and easy access to the ferries. However, there were uncomfortable crowded situations at times. The dining experience left a little to be desired with limited choices and lack of variety. Overall, it was a fabulous stay with a few minor drawbacks.
I had a mixed experience at this hotel. The rooms were very nice and clean, but it was a poor deal overall due to noise from the restaurant into the early morning. However, being on the only floor that had balconies directly facing Lake Como was a real plus.
The hotel had its ups and downs. The rooms were small but comfortable with a noisy air conditioning system. The service was top-notch, very attentive and friendly. The location was excellent for exploring Bellagio, right by the lake, but needing some TLC. Overall, a place with potential but with some room for improvement.
My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms, although upgraded in recent years with plain furnishings, offered a nice view of the garden and pool at the back of the hotel, but were quite noisy. The reasonable price was a plus.
The hotel is excellently situated right by the lakeside in Bellagio, offering a great base for exploring the area. The rooms, while basic and slightly outdated, were clean and had a good shower. The service was superb, with friendly and helpful staff, although the handling of passports at check-in was a bit unsettling.
